At The Biryani Company, we deliver an authentic biryani experience through the traditional dum cooking method, using hand-crafted clay pots (handis) imported exclusively from India. Each biryani is dum-cooked fresh to order in these handis, preserving the rich aroma and depth of flavor that define true biryani.

The process begins by layering fragrant rice and marinated meat inside the handi, which is then sealed with dough and slow-cooked using steam—the signature dum technique. This method locks in the flavors and ensures a tender, flavorful dish.

For the first time in Malaysia, we bring this sealed handi experience directly to your table. The handi arrives sealed with dough, allowing you to break the seal yourself and enjoy biryani at its freshest, just as it was meant to be savored.
